Mission and Evangelism Department

The Mission and Evangelism Department is responsible for coordinating all evangelistic and missionary activities at every level of the Diocese. The department works to ensure that the Good News of Jesus Christ continues to be proclaimed throughout the Diocese as part of the Church's mission to grow both numerically and spiritually.

The department equips and encourages believers to fulfill the Great Commission by reaching people with the Gospel, making disciples, and baptizing those who believe in Christ, in accordance with Mark 16:15–16.

Key Responsibilities

Mission and Evangelism Policies

Overseeing the Diocese's mission and evangelism policies and guidelines to support coordinated evangelistic ministry throughout the Diocese.

Evangelistic Crusades

Organizing evangelistic crusades and other outreach activities that provide opportunities for the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be proclaimed.

Spiritual Conferences

Coordinating spiritual conferences that encourage believers and strengthen the Church's mission and evangelistic witness.

Revival Meetings

Organizing revival meetings to encourage spiritual renewal and strengthen commitment to the Gospel.

Gospel Seminars

Supporting Gospel seminars that provide opportunities for teaching, Christian formation and proclamation of the Gospel.

Christian Literature

Developing, producing and distributing Christian literature, publications and other evangelistic resources to support Gospel proclamation.
