Education

Education is a cornerstone of the ministry of the Diocese of Kagera. The Diocese is committed to providing quality, Christ-centred education that equips learners with academic knowledge, Christian values, leadership skills, and integrity for service to both the Church and society.

The Diocese seeks to provide holistic education that combines academic excellence with spiritual formation, character development, leadership, and service.

The Diocese oversees a growing network of educational institutions, including Ngara Anglican Primary School (NAPS), Mchungaji Mwema Secondary School, Kagera Christian Theological College (KCTC), and the Murgwanza Institute of Health and Allied Sciences (MURIHAS). These institutions strive to offer holistic education by integrating academic excellence with spiritual formation and character development.
